Melissa, known as Mel to those closest to her, joined The Human Dignity Foundation with an open heart and a bold commitment to equality. As Director of Fundraising, she is passionate about building the support needed to protect and uplift LGBTQ+ and trans communities.
While this is her first formal fundraising role, Mel leads with empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a difference. She believes deeply that visibility saves lives and that dignity is not optional — it is a right.
