James Sias is a U.S. Navy veteran and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® who serves as our Director of Finance. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from National University and over a decade of experience in financial services, he brings strong expertise in financial planning, operations, and organizational stewardship.
Raised in a modest household rooted in generosity and community service, James developed a lifelong commitment to helping others build financial stability and opportunity. His professional work focuses on empowering individuals and communities to create sustainable wealth and long-term financial security.
Based in San Diego, James is passionate about community engagement, mentorship, and service. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys music, the outdoors, and spending time with his rescue dog, General Leia Organa.
